Outo is operated by Uniq Labs Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Uniq Labs.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Outo:

  • Account information: Email address provided during sign-up via Google OAuth or email/password authentication.
  • YouTube OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens used solely to upload and schedule videos on your behalf.
  • Channel preferences: Your selected niche, channel ID, and voice preference.
  • Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store your card number.
  • Usage data: Video generation counts and scheduling metadata.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Produce and upload YouTube Shorts to your channel as instructed.
  • Manage your subscription and process payments.
  • Send transactional emails related to your account.
  • Improve the quality and reliability of our service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Outo:

  • YouTube Data API: To upload and schedule videos on your channel.
  • Stripe: To process subscription payments securely.
  • Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Pexels: Royalty-free stock footage used in video production.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and analytics.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Revoke YouTube OAuth access at any time via your Google account settings.

8. YouTube API Services

Outo uses YouTube API Services. By using Outo, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

Outo accesses your YouTube account solely to upload and schedule video content that we produce on your behalf. We do not read, modify, or delete any existing content on your channel. We do not access your YouTube analytics, comments, or subscriber data.

You can revoke Outo's access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing Outo from the list of connected apps.

Outo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our website.
