1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Outo ("the Service"), operated by Uniq Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Outo is an automated YouTube Shorts production service. We generate, produce, and upload short-form videos to your YouTube channel based on your selected niche and preferences. The Service operates on a subscription basis. New channels follow a gradual ramp-up schedule during the first week (starting at 3 videos per day and increasing to the full daily volume) to optimise channel performance and comply with platform best practices.

3. Pricing and Billing

  • The Service is priced at $9.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Promotional pricing may be offered at our discretion (e.g., early bird discounts).
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
  • All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No videos will be produced after the subscription expires.

5. Your YouTube Channel

  • You must have a valid YouTube channel and authorise Outo to upload content on your behalf.
  • You retain ownership of your YouTube channel at all times.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your channel complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • You may revoke our access at any time via your Google account settings.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Videos produced by Outo are licensed to you for use on your YouTube channel.
  • All footage, music, and voiceover used in production is royalty-free and cleared for commercial use.
  • You may not resell or redistribute the raw production assets.
  • The Outo brand, software, and technology remain the intellectual property of Uniq Labs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Upload or request content that violates YouTube's policies or any applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniq Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or channel performance, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
